About Rae Kessee

I entered the Real Estate market as a salesperson in 1985.  After three years of selling real estate as a multi-million-dollar producer, I opened View Park Realty and Investments in View Park, CA as a sole-proprietorship. Within a year, I franchised with Realty World and Opened Realty World on Hawthorne Blvd. in 1990. The real estate market took a turn so in 1994, I became the Broker of Record for North American Funding, A Commercial Loan Brokerage company in La Jolla CA.  I was responsible for originating and underwriting commercial and business loans ranging from 2 million to 20 million dollars.


When the market took a swing again, I became the Branch Manager and Sr. Underwriter of CTR Mortgage Corp. as a residential mortgage broker in El Segundo CA. In 2006 I established Archstone Capital LLC and continued to operate as a Residential Mortgage Broker with a staff of loan officers, processors and underwriters.  When the real estate business crashed in 2008, I then began working as a Senior Mortgage Underwriter for Wells Fargo, and Chase Bank.  In 2011 I was fortunate to work on a Federal Reserve Bank project doing investigative due diligence, to determine fraudulent components in residential loans originated from 2006 to 2008.


My many years of diversified experience in the Mortgage Banking Industry, both internally and externally has brought me to the operation of an Ultra Net Branch for 11 Capital Finance LLC. located in Lansdale PA as of June 9, 2018.   I look forward to providing best in class service to many borrowers, investors, realtors and other financial institutions that may not be able to meet the financial needs of real estate investors in our current market.
